Winning the bid for the 2002 Republican Convention, in Philadelphia, I created approximately 1500 Philadelphia themed baskets for three five star hotels in this area. Participating in this event was a great honor for me. Our baskets were greatly received as they added both a taste of Philadelphia and delicious local goodies for every one of the guests.

I was privileged to grace the cover of Supermarket Business magazine in 1994 when I was recognized for expanding the market in mail order gift baskets. This highlighted the fact that amazing food, decadent desserts and unusual condiments may be wrapped up and presented as “edible art”, and shipped anywhere in the world.
